Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services offered by Royal Guard Insurance Agency (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which comply with California state law and applicable insurance regulations.

Royal Guard Insurance Agency is a licensed insurance agency offering personal and commercial insurance products through various insurance carriers. Services include:

• Insurance policy quoting and binding
   
• Risk consultation and policy review
   
• Policy servicing and claims support
   
• Fee-based insurance brokerage services (as permitted)
   

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the quoting and application process.
   
• Promptly notify us of any changes to your information or risk profile.
   
• Pay any premiums, service fees, or agency fees as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
   
• Review policy documents for accuracy and coverage details.
   

We may charge service or broker fees in addition to carrier premiums, as disclosed prior to purchase. All fees will be itemized and require your written consent in compliance with California Insurance Code § 1759.1.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, or checks, as applicable. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We do not guarantee policy issuance, underwriting approval, or claims payment—these decisions are made solely by the insurance carriers.
   
• Coverage descriptions provided verbally or in writing are for informational purposes only; actual coverage is governed by the terms of your issued policy.
   

To the extent permitted by California law, our agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or insurance coverage decisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
