We may charge service or broker fees in addition to carrier premiums, as disclosed prior to purchase. All fees will be itemized and require your written consent in compliance with California Insurance Code § 1759.1.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, or checks, as applicable. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by California law, our agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or insurance coverage decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Premium Refunds:Insurance premiums are subject to the refund policies of the issuing carrier. Refunds for cancelled policies are determined by the insurer’s pro-rata or short-rate cancellation rules. We will assist you in initiating a cancellation and refund request with the carrier.Broker/Service Fees:Broker or service fees charged by Royal Guard Insurance Agency are non-refundable unless:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to your agent AND at info@royalgaurd.insure OR by mail to the address below. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
You may request policy cancellation at any time. However, cancellation may be subject to minimum earned premium or short-rate penalties from the insurer. Proof of alternative coverage may be required under California law (e.g., auto insurance).We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment, fraud, or material misrepresentation.
